Cancelling or Re-scheduling an Appointment

In the event that you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, you can do so in three ways:

IN PERSON: by visiting the clinic in person

PHONE: by phoning 01214435500 and speaking to a receptionist during our normal office hours

WEB: by using the 'Need to cancel?' or 'Need to reschedule?' links on the confirmation email that you will have been sent if you booked through our 'live' online booking calendar (see circled area on the picture below)

 

Please note that the Birmingham Back Pain Clinic operates a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, then you may be invoiced for the full fee. Furthermore, the full charge may be levied if you do not attend your appointment, unless exceptional circumstances apply (at the discretion of the Clinic).
