Appointments

We offer substantial discounts to patients who are self-funding (paying for their own session):

The full fee for a First Appointment (up to 1 hour) is currently £60.00 if self-funding.

The full fee for a Follow-up Appointment (up to 40 minutes) is currently £50.00 if self-funding.

Payments

Unless agreed in advance, fees are usually settled at the time of treatment by the patient, on a per-session basis. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further information.

If you are paying for your appointment yourself, we currently accept cash, debit cards (linked to a UK bank account), most credit cards, and cheques.

Please note that some private health insurance providers (e.g. BUPA, AXA PPP, Aviva, PruHealth) require a referral letter from your GP before they authorise payment for your treatment. Please contact your insurance provider to ensure payment for your appointment at the Birmingham Back Pain Clinic is authorised before booking your appointment. We no longer invoice insurance providers directly.
