Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapist

Michail Arvanitidis is a State Registered Physiotherapist with the UK's Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Additionaly, he is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists. He graduated with a BSc degree in Physiotherapy from the Department of Physiotherapy, School of Health and Caring Professions, Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I.) of Central Greece, in 2015. He moved to the United Kingdom in September 2017 to undertake an MSc in Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapy at the University of Birmingham which he successfully completed in December 2018. This enabled him to become a member of the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP). In February 2019 he secured a funded PhD position at the University of Birmingham with his research focusing on low back pain.

Clinical Experience

Michail has worked as a physiotherapist in several settings, including a University Hospital in Greece during his internship, within the Greek military during his military service, and at a private musculoskeletal clinic. He is primarily interested in patients with musculoskeletal disorders, including pain.
